As a professional food critic, one thing that really confuses and upsets me is why people continue to go to those large well-known chain food restaurants to eat when there are so many wonderful restaurants serving fresh quality breakfast, lunch and dinner items that are far superior to the plastic-tasting, boil-in-the bag or microwaved food most of the large chain restaurants serve.
