onion and potato casserole
What else could I put in my sausage casserole?
I am making sausage casserole tomorrow night for the first time, I know what I’m doing. So far the ingredients I have to put in it are Peppers, Onion, Potato, Carrott, and a few cloves of garlic, I am planning to use vegetable stock cubes with it. Now my husband doesn’t like peppers so what could I use either as a substitute or as well as? I suppose I could put mushrooms in it! Let me know what you think, and if you have any other suggestions on ingredients I would be glad to hear them. Thanks
