how to make hash oven
How do I make eggs (sunny side up), hash-browns and bacon….?

how do i make eggs, hash-browns and bacon without burning anything? I need really specific answers please like amount of time it needs to be cooked, amount of oil etc… Thanks…

P.s My oven is electric and uses numbers 1 – 9 for heating

You are asking for cooking lessons to be given verbally without visual aids and that is difficult. Golden brown to you may mean something totally different to me. My advice to is to pracise each item seperately following the directions on the packages of the bacon and hash browns until you figure out how to do it.I cannot tell you specific times since I don’t know if you like your bacon extra crispy or a bit limp etc. Also, each stove cooks a bit differently. I cannot tell you how much oil to use for the hash browns because I don’t have a clue what kind of pan you are using. Mine is an old cast iron griddle that is as non stick as a teflon pan so I need very little. Bacon doesn’t need any oil as it will make plenty of its own. It needs to be fried carefully because over a high flame, with spattering bacon, you can start a fire.
For me to help you with this, I would rather you come on over to my house and I will give you a cooking lesson. LOL otherwise, I would suggest you just tackle it and keep doing it till you get it right. Remember to eat your mistakes!
