my teen-aged sim has two fears, getting caught sneaking out, and getting busted.
1) how do they get caught sneaking out? i know how to make them sneak out, but how to make them get caught… ? 
2) getting busted.. what do they get busted FOR, and how do i make them get busted? thanks a million

How to get your sim teen caught sneaking out is just have a adult near by when they start to leave
Also to get busted instead of your teen sim walking back home the cops will bring he/she home. I don’t think you have any control over that. But if the teen sneaks out often it will eventually happen. Like if they sneak out two days in a row.
