What could be wrong with me?

A few years ago I started becoming increasingly angry. Now it seems to be getting worse. If something makes me even the least bit angry, I get out of hand even before I realise what is happening. Also I’ve noticed a lack of concentration and I’m ridiculously tired constantly no matter how long I sleep. It gets so bad I fall asleep when I am sitting up in the middle of class. I was tested for hypothyroidism twice. The first time, I had a very low thyroid hormone level but after three months I was tested again and it was back to normal. I take vitamin D pills but it hasn’t helped my symptoms at all. I was also tested for Hashimoto’s disease which came back negative. Another little issue would be intense anxiety and paranoia. It is not constant, but once something triggers it, I begin to break down and become very afraid and stressed and angry. So, yeah. Why?

I had the same and went to my doctor about it..
They ran tests but in the end they said it was,
my hormones and slight depression (although i didn’t feel depressed)
now i take medication 3 times a week and i havn’t felt angry in weeks!
I love it! x
