That would look great! It really does suit the James Bond theme, perfect for a party. I love the black and hot pink together too.
I think that you should just keep your natural hair, because if you wear the wig you could end up ruining the effect of the dress. You want most of the attention on that and don’t want to cheapen it up too much with a wig.
I think that considering you have brown hair, go with the recent Bond girl, from Casino Royale. Her name was Vesper, played by Eva Green.

I think that might have been the dress she wore in the movie. Her hair was really dark there, but you know, brown will still be fine! And you can either curl/straighten your hair and wear it down, or do it up in a twist like that.

If you want, you could do smokey eyes, with a bit of eyeliner, mascara and black/grey eyeshadow. That will suit the dress and the ‘mysterious’ look of the Bond girl.
