best hash brown casserole recipe
Can you freeze sour cream for future use? If so, how is the best way to thaw it out? ?
I use sour cream for a hash brown casserole and I keep as many items for the recipe on hand. Just wondering if it is possible to freeze sour cream and thaw it our when needed. Thanks for your assistance.
Sour cream does not freeze well. It will break down and separate when thawed out. It does store in the refrigerate for quite a long time though.
